Deliveries and Returns
All vinyls are made to order and take approximately 7-10 working days to manufacture and deliver. We deliver through the SA Post Office and delivery is free within South Africa. You will receive a postal tracking number so that you are able to track the progress of your delivery at www.sapo.co.za.
The Provider (Vogue Vinyls) will supply all goods to the SA Post office in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the User’s chosen delivery address in the same good order.
Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs, provided the cancellation takes place within 24 hours of payment being made. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if vinyl stock is insufficient or products have been discontinued. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return items purchased online to Vogue Vinyls for a refund, replacement or exchange, provided the items are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase. Goods that are refunded will be refunded at full price less postal fees and 10% handling. Your refund will be given via an EFT into a cheque/savings account. This will only be paid once the products have been returned in their original condition.
